Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OveonAI website, image restoration, and AI narrative generation services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by OVEON AI ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@oveonai.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Paid Plans: OVEON AI offers subscription plans that grant access to enhanced features. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record (MoR). By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Sale and their privacy practices regarding financial data.

Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Billing begins on the date you subscribe and recurs on the same day each subsequent period.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Free Tier: We offer a limited free tier. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

All refund requests are processed via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, and are subject to Lemon Squeezy's refund policies. We offer a 14-day refund policy for unused credits or subscriptions, processed securely via our partner Lemon Squeezy.

Monthly & Annual Plans: You may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not consumed credits or used the Service significantly.

To request a refund, contact us at support@oveonai.com with your account email and order ID. We will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

Your Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights in the images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant OVEON AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Responsibility: You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload your content, and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove any violating content.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (c) use automated tools to abuse the Service; (d) impersonate others; (e) upload malware.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

The Service, including its design, trademarks, and AI models, is owned by OVEON AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our brand beyond the limited licence needed to use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RESTORATION RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OVEON AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your settings. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Armenia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
